QuestionsWhat people ask us
Are your consoles new or used?
Both. Each item says "New", "Refurbished" or "Used", with its warranty in months. Refurbished and used items are tested in front of you before you pay.
How does delivery work?
Order on WhatsApp before 4 pm, Monday to Saturday, and it arrives the same day within Nairobi. You pay by M-PESA when you have it in your hands. The delivery fee is shown in your order before you send it.
Can I pay in parts?
Yes, for items over KES 20,000. Pay a deposit, then the rest weekly. We keep the item for you and you collect it when it's fully paid.
How do I check my warranty?
Open the Warranty page and type the receipt number on your receipt, for example GD-1000.
