What this site collects: almost nothing.
Plain words, last updated 16 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Emmanuel Muteti, Ruiru, Kiambu, Kenya. Email immahmuteti@gmail.com, WhatsApp +254 740 562 812. Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 applies.
What this site collects
No accounts, no forms that send data to me, no advertising trackers and no analytics. The contact form only opens WhatsApp on your own phone with your message filled in; nothing reaches me until you press send there.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. The working demos (the shop system and the other systems) save their sample data in your own browser's storage so you can try them; it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Services the pages load
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and fonts come from Google Fonts; on larger screens the home page also loads a 3D library from cdnjs. Like any web server, these receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, under their own privacy policies. I don't receive that data.
When you message or email me
I use what you send (your name, number, business and message) only to reply and, if we work together, to do that work. I don't sell it or add you to a mailing list. I delete it on request, unless I must keep it for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or object to its use, by email or WhatsApp; I reply within 7 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner at odpc.go.ke.
Client systems
When I build or run a system for a client, the client decides what data it holds and why. I handle that data only on their written instructions.
Report a security issue
If you find a security problem on this site or in anything I've built, email immahmuteti@gmail.com with "Security report" in the subject. I'll confirm within 3 working days and tell you when it's fixed. Please don't access other people's data, disrupt the service, or share the issue publicly before it's fixed; good-faith reports that follow this are welcome and will be credited if you wish. Machine-readable contact: security.txt.
